System Paused, Yellow Light

Please make sure your helmet is fully charged (the master switch is solid green). If not, please charge it for at least 3 hours. Please try the following:

  1. You should press the master switch once very briefly (1 second) to turn on the helmet. "Ready for treatment, place on head."
  2. If you are receiving a “System Paused” message on the helmet, the master switch was held down a little too long.
  3. In order to get it out of "System Paused," you need to plug the charger into the helmet, and it will say “System Resumed.”
  4. Once you hear System Resumed, please unplug the charger and press the master switch button to start a treatment.

If you are unable to get out of "System Paused," please contact Theradome Customer Care.
