How Long Does It Take from Ordering to Shipping?

Please note that all Theradome orders are delivered by UPS and require a signature upon delivery. Orders placed before 11 AM PST on a business day will generally ship out from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM PST or on a non-business day will ship our from our warehouse the next business day (Monday through Friday). Here are guidelines for the approximate delivery times.

Theradome shipping – US orders:

Free UPS Ground
West coast, 2-3 business days after the order has been processed.
Midwest, 3-5 ‎business days after the order has been processed.
East coast, 5-10 business days after the order has been processed.

UPS 2nd Day Air (fee depends on the address; the website will calculate)
2 business days after the order has been shipped.

UPS Next Day Air: 12PM guarantee (fee depends on the address; the website will calculate)
By 12PM the business day after the order has been shipped.

UPS Next Day Air: 6 PM guarantee (fee depends on the address; the website will calculate)
By 6 PM the business day after the order has been shipped.

International orders:
Please allow 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped.
