Theradome Warranty Terms and Coverage Explained

Theradome expressly warrants that the Covered Product is free from operational defects in workmanship and materials for the Warranty Period. Theradome will replace or repair at no charge, any Covered Product or parts of the Covered Product that proves defective because of improper workmanship/material, under normal installation, use, service and   maintenance.

If Theradome exchanges the Covered Product, the original product becomes the property of Theradome and the replacement product becomes the Customer’s property, with coverage for the remaining period of the Warranty.

The Warranty extends only to the End Users of the Covered Product or Resellers of Theradome. Provided that “End User” means the individual(s), organization or business entity buying the Covered Product from Theradome or its Resellers for normal personal use or business end use and not for resale or distribution. Provided that “Reseller” means the individual(s) or entity that has been authorized by Theradome to re-distribute Covered Product.

What Is Not Covered?

The Warranty is effective only if the Covered Product is purchased in the United States. This Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse or misuse; improper care; vandalism; improper storage; improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair; application of harmful chemicals; damage caused by natural disasters; abrasives; negligence; failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions; loss or theft of the Covered Product; normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage (including, but not limited to, scratches and dents); alteration and/ or overuse.

If the Buyer submits a claim to Theradome and Theradome determines that the product is not a Covered Product; the applicable Warranty has expired; the claim is not valid; and/or the damage or defect is not covered under the Warranty.

How Long Does the Warranty Last?

The Warranty begins on the date of receipt of the Covered Product and ends on the date that is one years after the date of receipt of such Covered Product (the “Coverage Term”). The Coverage Term is not tolled or extended for any period during which the Covered Product (or any parts thereof) is in repair, or if it is replaced by Theradome during the Coverage Term.
