Androgenetic Alopecia

Theradome is specifically designed for treating Androgenetic Alopecia. We are not FDA cleared, nor have we tested it for the following conditions:

  1. Alopecia Universalis
  2. Alopecia Areata
  3. Alopecia areata totalis
  4. Cicatricial alopecia
  5. Lichen planopilari
  6. Folliculitis decalvans
  7. Frontal fibrosing alopecia
  8. Central centrifugal cicatricial alopecia
  9. Hair shaft abnormalities
  10. Loose anagen syndrome
  11. Trichotillomania (regrowing only)
  12. Traction alopecia
  13. Hypotrichosis
  14. Dissecting cellulitis of the scalp
  15. Discoid lupus erythematosus
  16. Chemo Induced Alopecia

We have had many customers use our device to help with some of these conditions. We have had reports of success with Alopecia Areata, Chemo Induced Alopecia, and Frontal fibrosing Alopecia. These reports were from individual customers and not from any clinical studies that Theradome had conducted. Therefore we suggest working with your physician to discuss treatments for conditions outside of Androgenetic Alopecia.
