We're sorry to hear you'd like a refund. In order to request a refund, please contact us to request your return. Once a refund is approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to print the RMA email, place it inside your Theradome helmet box, and return it to us within 14 days of receiving your RMA number email. Returns can't be processed without an RMA number issued by Theradome.
Unfortunately, we can only refund the price of the helmet. We offer free standard shipping, but we are unable to refund expedited shipping. We can provide a return shipping label to you to send your Theradome back at no charge. This is only available for U.S. purchases. All helmet returns are charged a 25% service fee.
If you purchased through Affirm Financing, we can refund the purchase price of your Theradome helmet (and extended warranty, if purchased). However, we cannot refund any interest charges or fees associated with Affirm financing. For purchases made with the Affirm payment plan on our website, please contact customer care at support@theradome.com or call 1 (855) 549-6757 to request a refund.

Both FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts) can be used to buy FDA-cleared medical devices, like a Theradome. If you have been diagnosed with Androgenetic Alopecia you should be able to use both a FSA/HSA accounts to purchase the Theradome. To check eligibility, review your employer’s benefits package or contact your HR department for FSA. For HSA, check your health plan details to ensure it qualifies as an HDHP and verify other eligibility criteria.
