Theradome Manufacturer’s Warranty
Our helmets have a 1-year limited warranty for purchases made through our website or authorized resellers. We warrant our laser helmets against defects in materials and workmanship, battery, or charger failure for a period of one year from the original retail purchase date. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse. (Such as opening the helmet and looking at the internal wiring)
When Does It Begin?
This is the standard manufacturer’s warranty policy. The warranty begins the day we ship our product. We add 7 days when someone purchases directly from Costco or us to compensate for any delivery times.
Theradome’s Warranty Registration
You have been automatically registered for your Theradome’s warranty if you purchased your Theradome directly from our Theradome website. If you purchased your Theradome from an authorized reseller, please click here for warranty registration instructions.
Register your product upon receipt to qualify for the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Please note: Theradome does not provide a warranty on helmets purchased from non-authorized resellers (for example, eBay).
DomeCare Extended Warranty
DomeCare, our extended warranty, extends your coverage from one year to three years from the original purchase date. This adds technical fault and accidental damage coverage to protect your laser hair growth helmet.
The customer has up to one year to purchase the DomeCare from the original purchase date. You can purchase your DomeCare by calling 1 (855) 549-6757 or by visiting our shop.
Please note: DomeCare is only available for orders shipped to U.S. addresses.
We can refund the purchase price of your Theradome laser hair therapy helmet (and extended warranty, if purchased). However, we cannot refund any interest charges or fees associated with Affirm financing.
