No. You do not need to rotate or move the Theradome during a treatment session.
Each time you wear the Theradome, the lasers naturally reach slightly different areas of your scalp. Once the laser light reaches the scalp, it spreads beneath the surface and disperses throughout the treatment area. This process allows the laser energy to cover the scalp effectively without requiring you to reposition the device during use.
The laser light spreads after it enters the scalp, allowing it to reach a broader area than the individual laser beam itself. During a complete 20-minute treatment session, the laser energy has sufficient time to distribute throughout the scalp and penetrate to the level of the hair follicles.
For this reason, there is no need to manually rotate, shift, or reposition the Theradome while receiving treatment.
