The Theradome money back guarantee is relatively new. We originally had a 7-day refund window which was consistent for our partners in clinics and hair restoration salons selling the Theradome PRO LH80, a professional grade product.
The policy has changed as of 12/14/18:
Purchases made from Theradome.com and via 1-855-549-6757 are covered by a 6-month money-back guarantee (effective from the date of receipt of the product and/or service). In order to qualify for this money-back guarantee, we simply request that you use the Theradome as instructed in the user manual: 20-minute sessions, twice a week for 180 days, to the best of your ability.
Suppose you have not achieved visible or satisfactory results before 180 days from the date of purchase. In that case, you may return the Theradome for a refund of the purchase price minus a 25% service fee, shipping cost and interest charges—if a financing option (Affirm) was used for payment
