GREAT VALUE
ALL-IN-ONE

If your Theradome displays a "System Resumed" message, there is usually no cause for concern.
This message commonly appears after the device has entered System Paused mode and is being returned to normal operation.
Before troubleshooting, please make sure:
In some cases, foam pads positioned over the laser openings may interfere with normal operation.
The most common reason for a System Paused message is that the master switch button was held down slightly too long when turning on the helmet.
To start a treatment, the master switch should only be pressed briefly (approximately one second).
When pressed correctly, the helmet should announce:
"Ready for treatment, place on head."
If your helmet says System Paused, follow these steps:
"System Resumed"
The helmet should respond with:
"Ready for treatment, place on head."
If the helmet does not return to normal operation, continue to Part 2.
Step-by-step guide: How to exit System Paused mode and resume treatment.
If the issue persists:
The helmet should announce:
"Ready for treatment, place on head."
If you continue receiving a Laser Error Message after completing the steps above, please contact the Customer Support Team for assistance.
Providing details about your battery performance, charging time, and any recent error messages will help speed up the troubleshooting process.
