What to Do If Theradome Rubber Pegs Are Coming Off

If you've noticed that some of the rubber pegs inside your Theradome appear loose, don't worry.

The rubber pegs are not designed to be attached at every end. Some loose ends are part of the normal design.

Understanding the Rubber Peg Layout

There are:

  • 8 attachment points
  • 6 loose peg ends

The locations shown in the image above are considered normal.

When Is This Normal?

The rubber pegs are functioning normally if:

  • They remain securely positioned inside the helmet
  • The attachment points remain connected
  • The pegs are not interfering with treatment sessions

The loose ends shown in the image are part of the intended design and do not indicate a defect.

When Should I Contact Support?

Please contact Theradome Support if:

  • A rubber peg has completely detached from the helmet
  • An attachment point has broken
  • A peg is interfering with the fit or operation of the device
  • You are unsure whether the condition is normal
