Track Your Theradome Order

Waiting for your Theradome to arrive? You can easily track your shipment and manage delivery options using your order information and UPS tracking number.

Need Your Tracking Number?

If you don't have your tracking number handy:

  1. Visit portal.theradome.com/customer_trackorder
  2. Enter your email address and order number.
  3. Your tracking information will be displayed.

Delivery Information

Theradome orders are shipped via UPS.

Please note:

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders can be delivered to residential addresses, business addresses, and participating UPS locations.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery due to the value of the product.

Need to Change Your Delivery Options?

If you would like UPS to:

  • Leave the package at a specific location
  • Deliver on a different day
  • Hold the package at a UPS location
  • Deliver to another address
  • Leave the package with a neighbor

To access these options, use your UPS tracking number and follow the steps below.

Step 1: Visit the UPS Tracking Page and Enter Your Tracking Number

 

Step 2: Select Delivery Options

 

Step 3: Sign In or Create a UPS Account

 

Important:
If you plan to modify delivery instructions, request a signature waiver, or change your delivery location, keep your tracking number available, as it may be required during the process.
