We're sorry to hear you'd like a refund. In order to request a refund, please contact us to request your return. Once a refund is approved, we will email you a case number and the shipping address to return your helmet. When shipping the helmet back, place the case number inside your Theradome helmet box and return it to us within 14 days of receiving your case number. Returns will not be processed without a case number included in the return package.
Unfortunately, we can only refund the price of the helmet. We offer free standard shipping, but we are unable to refund expedited shipping. You must ship your Theradome helmet back to us with the case number provided. All helmet returns are charged a 25% service fee.
If you purchased through Affirm Financing, we can refund the purchase price of your Theradome helmet (and extended warranty, if purchased). However, we cannot refund any interest charges or fees associated with Affirm financing. For purchases made with the Affirm payment plan on our website, please contact customer care at support@theradome.com or call 1 (855) 549-6757 to request a refund.

Both FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts) can be used to buy FDA-cleared medical devices, like a Theradome. If you have been diagnosed with Androgenetic Alopecia you should be able to use both a FSA/HSA accounts to purchase the Theradome. To check eligibility, review your employer’s benefits package or contact your HR department for FSA. For HSA, check your health plan details to ensure it qualifies as an HDHP and verify other eligibility criteria.
