Your Theradome PRO or EVO allows you to adjust the volume of its voice prompts for a more comfortable treatment experience.
Please note that volume can only be adjusted while a treatment is in progress.
Before You Begin:
Make sure your Theradome is currently running a treatment session. Volume settings cannot be changed when the helmet is powered off or idle.
While your treatment is running, quickly press the master switch twice and release.
Continue double-clicking the master switch to cycle through the available volume settings:
After Silent mode, the volume will return to Loud and continue cycling through the same sequence.
Can't Hear Any Sound?
If you're unable to adjust the volume or cannot hear any audio prompts, please contact Theradome Support for assistance.

Both FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts) can be used to buy FDA-cleared medical devices, like a Theradome. If you have been diagnosed with Androgenetic Alopecia you should be able to use both a FSA/HSA accounts to purchase the Theradome. To check eligibility, review your employer’s benefits package or contact your HR department for FSA. For HSA, check your health plan details to ensure it qualifies as an HDHP and verify other eligibility criteria.
