Please charge your helmet fully for at least 3 hours till you see the solid green light on the master switch. When plugged in, the light will cycle through different colors till it becomes solid green when the helmet is fully charged.
If you can get your helmet to fully charge, then unplug the helmet from the charger. Press the master switch very briefly (one second). The helmet should say "ready for treatment" while the master switch turns green.
If the master switch is still not turning on at all, even after fully charging the helmet, you will need a new battery and a new charger. If you are within your warranty period, please get in touch with Theradome Customer Care.
If the helmet charges and the master switch turns solid green but still has a low battery message, you will need a battery. You don't need a charger since the helmet charges with the charger but says battery low since the battery must be replaced.

If you have been diagnosed with Androgenetic Alopecia you should be able to use both a FSA/HSA accounts to purchase the Theradome. To check eligibility, review your employer’s benefits package or contact your HR department for FSA. For HSA, check your health plan details to ensure it qualifies as an HDHP and verify other eligibility criteria.
