Please note that all Theradome orders are delivered by UPS and require a signature upon delivery. Orders placed before 11 AM PST on a business day will generally ship out from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM PST or on a non-business day will ship our from our warehouse the next business day (Monday through Friday). Here are guidelines for the approximate delivery times.

UPS 2nd Day Air (fee depends on the address; the website will calculate) 2 business days after the order has been shipped.
UPS Next Day Air: 12PM guarantee (fee depends on the address; the website will calculate)
By 12PM the business day after the order has been shipped.
UPS Next Day Air: 6 PM guarantee (fee depends on the address; the website will calculate)
By 6 PM the business day after the order has been shipped.
International orders:
Please allow 5-7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Both FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Accounts) can be used to buy FDA-cleared medical devices, like a Theradome. If you have been diagnosed with Androgenetic Alopecia you should be able to use both a FSA/HSA accounts to purchase the Theradome. To check eligibility, review your employer’s benefits package or contact your HR department for FSA. For HSA, check your health plan details to ensure it qualifies as an HDHP and verify other eligibility criteria.
