Condensation happens when the room temperature is higher than the Theradome helmet temperature just like the glass/mirror in a bathroom that fogs up during a shower. It is advisable to place the helmet in a different room where there is no heat coming from the hot shower. After your shower, you can towel dry your hair before you put the helmet on, to minimize any condensation inside the helmet.
We strongly suggest that you don't place/wear your helmet in a hot steamy room because it will cause condensation. The condensation will not affect the helmet function and it will eventually dry out with proper ventilation.
