Laser Error Message

Please make sure your helmet is fully charged (the master switch is solid green).

If not, please charge the helmet for at least 3 hours.

If the master switch turns solid green:  please reset the battery, which should resolve the issue.

You will need a new charger and battery if you are getting a low battery message before getting the laser error message.

If you can charge the helmet, but it takes longer than 4 hours: you will need a new charger and battery.

If the helmet is not giving you at least five treatments per charge:  you will need a new charger and battery.

If you are experiencing treatment abort (during the treatment, the helmet shuts down suddenly) followed by the laser error message, or if the helmet or the lasers are not turning on, please get in touch with Theradome Customer Care.
