If resetting your battery does not resolve the issue, please do this:
Please unplug your helmet completely and press the master switch button once briefly. You should hear the words "system resumed".
Press briefly on the master switch few times (If you still can't hear "system resumed)
If you don't hear system resumed, you will need a new battery.

Please go ahead and unplug your helmet. Now place it on a flat surface and put your fist inside and press the master switch to see if lasers come on. Please put your fist between the 2 circled areas.
