System Resumed

Please make sure your helmet is fully charged (master switch is solid green), if it is not, please charge the helmet for at least 3 hours. Sometimes this message can be caused because the foam pads are covering the lasers. So please make sure they are not.

Trouble Shooting Part #1

  1. Please make sure that the helmet is not plugged in. You should press the master switch once very briefly (1 second) to turn on the helmet. "Ready for treatment, place on head".
  2. If you are receiving a “System Paused” message on the helmet, the master switch was held down a little too long
  3. In order to get it out of "System Paused" you need to plug the charger to the helmet and the cable to the wall and it will say “System Resumed”.
  4. Once you hear System Resumed, please unplug the charger and press the master switch button to start a treatment.
  5. If you are unable to get out of "System Paused”, Please proceed to Part #2

Trouble Shooting Part #2

  1. Plug charger with USB cable into wall
  2. Plug USB cable into helmet
  3. Press Master Switch and hold down for 3 seconds
  4. Unplug helmet
  5. Press Master Switch down briefly (1 second)

Helmet should say, "Ready for treatment, place on head." If you do not receive this message or the helmet is still not functioning properly, you will need to contact Customer Care to troubleshoot and receive a Case number with your shipping label. (if your helmet is under warranty)
