Take THE HAIR QUIZPlease make sure your helmet is fully charged (master switch is solid green), if it is not, please charge the helmet for at least 3 hours. Sometimes this message can be caused because the foam pads are covering the lasers. So please make sure they are not.

Helmet should say, "Ready for treatment, place on head." If you do not receive this message or the helmet is still not functioning properly, you will need to contact Customer Care to troubleshoot and receive a Case number with your shipping label. (if your helmet is under warranty)
