How long does it take the charge the Theradome and its battery?

The Theradome will be fully charged in 3 hours. We recommend to only use Theradome branded accessories as we cannot guarantee that a different charger would not damage the helmet.

We only have one type of charger for sale that is compatible with our helmets that the serial number starts with G, H or B. If you have a helmet serial number starting with D, please contact Customer Care.

There are two ways of charging the battery: 

  1. You should always keep your Theradome charging when not in use. Theradome has a smart charger that prevents any overheating, so it's safe to keep it charged at all times. The PRO LH80 will provide 4-9, 20-minute treatments, and EVO LH40 will provide 6-12, 20-minute treatments per charge.
  2. Put the helmet back on the charger after every treatment. Either way is fine but leaving on the charger at all times assures that the helmet will always be ready for treatment.
