Please make sure your helmet is fully charged (the master switch is solid green). If not, please charge it for at least 3 hours. Please try the following:
- You should press the master switch once very briefly (1 second) to turn on the helmet. "Ready for treatment, place on head."
- If you are receiving a “System Paused” message on the helmet, the master switch was held down a little too long.
- In order to get it out of "System Paused," you need to plug the charger into the helmet, and it will say “System Resumed.”
- Once you hear System Resumed, please unplug the charger and press the master switch button to start a treatment.
